Thank you for choosing us to time your event!!
Our goal is to time and score your event in an efficient and professional matter. In order for us to provide you with the best results possible we need to know a few things prior to your event. Please fill out the questions below and we will get started on helping you make your event as successful as possible.

** The Timing & Results Package fee of $170 is based on the first 100 scored finishers, there will be an additional fee of $0.50 per participant over 100.
** Any race that is 30+ miles from Medina, TN (one way) will be assessed a flat mileage fee of $30.

By submitting this information, you agree to hire us for the services discussed above and any fees that are incurred for services rendered. If a race needs to be cancelled, please let us know within 30 days of the race date. There will be no cancellation fee assessed if notified within 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellations can be made via email or phone call. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event date, a $30 fee will be assessed to cover any cost incurred for advertising, inventory (bib numbers, etc), and time devoted. We hold a very high standard in the service we provide, if our services do not meet your expectations we will waive any fees deemed necessary on a case-by-case basis up to 100% of the total fee.
